Where do you get your water from?
We buy our water from Spotless water which is a purified water company ensuring spotless water every time. Meaning no limescale, chalk, carbon or anything which will leave marks on the clean glass.
How often should I get my gutters cleaned?
Everyone is different. Depending on where you live and the time of year, your gutters and roof gets filled up with moss, leaf debris and dirt at different rates (e.g. near the sea, surrounded by trees). We recommend a twice yearly gutter clearance and rood clean to keep on top of things.
What if I’m not home?
We understand our customers live busy lives and are not likely to be home. That’s no issue! We always give at least 24 hours notice to make the customer aware we are calling by. If you are not home we accept online bank transfer payments up to 7 days after the clean. We leave an invoice which contains our bank details and you can pay when you get home.
What is included in a gutter clean?
First we clear the gutters with our 40ft reach Skyvac vacuum system, removing debris and dirt buildup from the gutters and downpipes. Then we thoroughly flush them through to ensure gutters are clean as well as clear.
