Where do you get your water from?
We buy our water from Spotless water which is a purified water company ensuring spotless water every time. Meaning no limescale, chalk, carbon or anything which will leave marks on the clean glass.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Every customer is different. Depending on where you live will affect how quickly the windows get dirty (e.g near the sea, near a busy road, surrounded by trees) but we recommend a 4 weekly clean or an 8 weekly clean.
What if I’m not home?
We understand our customers live busy lives and are not likely to be home. That’s no issue! We always give at least 24 hours notice to make the customer aware we are calling by. If you are not home we accept online bank transfer payments up to 7 days after the clean. We leave an invoice which contains our bank details and you can pay when you get home.
What is included in a window clean?
We clean all frames, sills and front doors as well as the glass ever window clean.
