Where do you get your water from?
We buy our water from Spotless water which is a purified water company ensuring spotless water every time. Meaning no limescale, chalk, carbon or anything which will leave marks on the clean glass.
How often should I get my roof cleaned?
Everyone is different. Depending on where you live and the time of year, your roof gets moss and leaf debris buildup at different rates depending on the time of year. We recommend a semi-regular roof cleaning to prevent damage.
What if I’m not home?
We understand our customers live busy lives and are not likely to be home. That’s no issue! We always give at least 24 hours notice to make the customer aware we are calling by. If you are not home we accept online bank transfer payments up to 7 days after the clean. We leave an invoice which contains our bank details and you can pay when you get home.
What is included in a roof clean?
We scrape off all moss and debris, then use our Skyvac vacuum to remove the dirt before cleaning the tiles/glass with a brush and pure water.
